摘 要:从气体浓度超声检测法的工作原理出发,概述了超声技术在气体浓度检测领域中的应用现状,分析了影响气体浓度超声检测精度的因素,对气体浓度超声检测技术的发展前景进行了展望.Nowadays, the application of the ultrasonic technology in gas concentration detecting is a new technique in the field of the gas detecting. With the advantages such as high precision, wide detecting range and non-contacting, this method has drawn great attention from scientists in detecting area. This paper introduces the principle of the application of ultrasonic technology in gas detection. A survey of the current development in this field has been provided, while an outlook of this technology is made in the meantime. Several factors influencing the precision of this detecting technology have been taken into analysis.
