摘  要:介绍了代表性校正集样本的选择、统计学方法校正模型建立等近红外光谱的工作原理,以及利用近红外光谱进行材料鉴别和定性、定量分析方法。通过实例论述了近红外光谱在合成纤维原料制备、添加剂组成、产品性能及纤维鉴别、助剂检测等多方面的应用可能性。指出近红外光谱技术在提高化纤产品质量、降低生产成本方面将发挥较大作用,并对此提出了相关建议。The main principle of near-infrared spectroscopy applied in the selection of representative polypropylene pellet samples and the establishment of statistical standardization model were introduced. Near-infrared spectroscopy was used in material i-dentification, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Some examples were displayed to discuss the feasibility of near-infrared spectroscopy applied in feedstock preparation for synthetic fiber, additives composition, product properties, fiber identification and auxiliary detection. It was put forward that near-infrared spectroscopy played an important role in improving chemical fiber quality and reducing production cost.
