摘　　要：本文对文本识别中经常遇到的线段与字符粘连的问题进行了论述，提出了抽取水平线和对字符进行修补的算法，并给出了结果。Abstract Touching between Line Segment and characters makes many troubles in recognition of text. Methods are presented here that separate touching horizotal line and characters from each other, and patch the characters. The characters patched by this method show good image for recognition.
