摘　　要：阐述了企业资源规划系统(ERP)的概念、历史发展以及中国家具企业实施信息化的紧迫性。以ERP思想为指导,开发了基于C/S结构的家具企业管理信息系统。通过对项目总体设计方案、系统工作流程、系统模块划分的阐述,及从软件技术的角度介绍了系统开发的有关技术细节,对该系统设计进行了评价和总结。The authors introduced the concept of the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) and explained the necessity of applying a management information system to Chinese furniture manufacturing companies. Under the guidance of ERP theory and based on C/S (Client/Server) structure, the authors developed a management information system for furniture manufacturing companies. A blue print for the design work flow and main functional modules of the system were described. The anthors also presented the details of technological design for the software.
