摘　　要：自《律师法》实施以来,我国的律师事业蓬勃发展,律师队伍迅速壮大,律师的作用也日益突出,但与国外律师业相比,我们国家还有不少差距,尤其是律师的执业环境还不够宽松,这其中有观念上的原因,更主要的则是法律制度方面的束缚。以下就律师保守职业秘密问题的几个方面加以研究,以其对律师作用的发挥和当事人诉讼权利的保障进行探索。Since the law of lawyer came into effect ,the business of lawyer becomes more and more prosperous.The number of lawyer increases very fast, and their function starts highlight. But compared with the foreign lawyer business ,there are a long distance ,particularly the circumstance of the lawyer is not free. One of the reasons is our traditional idea. But the main is the lawyer system .Studying some aspect of lawyer keeping professional secret as follows can make the lawyer more active in lawsuit and to protect the right of the suit man.
