摘　　要：从读者对图书馆知识缺乏应有的了解、图书管理员对书库工作的重要性缺乏足够认识、库藏文献资源与读者借阅的需求之间的矛盾等几个方面,对我院图书馆开架借阅存在的问题进行了探讨。并试从加强对入库读者的宣传教育工作等方面提出相应解决办法。This paper deals with the readers' shortage of knowledge about library, the librarians' lack adequate realization of the importance of library and the confrontation between literature resources in the library and the readers' demand. Moreover,the paper puts forward some solutions to make the readers know more about the library.
