摘　　要：胶接是利用胶粘剂在一定温度下经一定时间固化、或加热后冷却凝固、或溶剂挥发形成胶膜等方法获得具有足够强度胶接接头的连接方法。介绍了吸附理论、机械结合理论和相互扩散等几种胶接机理,概括了胶接接头内聚破坏、界面破坏和混合破坏3 种破坏形式,对最大能量释放率准则、S断裂准则及Z断裂准则等4种断裂准则进行了讨论,介绍了将其作为判据时需要注意的条件及异同,把以上断裂准则用到裂尖开裂角判断时,与实验得到的结果存在一定的差异。Adhesively bond is one of the methods which obtains enough strength after solidifying, or heating up before cooling solidification, or solvent volatilization forming film in the uniform temperature in fixed time. The principles of adhesively bond such as adsorption theory, machine united theory,diffusing each other are introduced. Three failure modes, in adhesive or in adhered failure, interfacial failure and alternating failure are summed up. Four relative fracture criterions such as maximum energy release rate criterion, S criterion, Z criterion, are discussed.
