摘  要:利用自行设计制造的剪切拉伸双向复合应力场挤管装置,在常规生产工艺条件下高效地生产出了高密度聚乙烯管材。对该管材的双向增强问题及剪切转速对增强效果的影响进行了研究探讨。结果表明,本方案可同时实现管材的轴向和周向性能的双向增强,且挤出效率较高,有较广的应用前景。Using shearing-drawing two-dimensional compound stress field die developed by the authors, HDPE1158 pipes were extruded efficiently. The two-dimensional reinforcements of these pipes were studied in this article. It is found that the shearing-drawing two-dimensional compound stress field increases the circular and axial strength and modulus of the pipe at the same time. The best improvement of strength is more than 54% and the modulus′ is more than 140%. The circular reinforcements of strength and modulus are better than the axial reinforcements. Furthermore, after reinforcing, the circular strength and modulus of HDPE1158 pipe are higher than its axial strength and modulus, which satisfies the real need of pipe better. And the productivity is high.
