摘 要:利用超声波分散处理凹凸棒土,分别采用硅烷偶联剂KH570对其进行表面修饰和溶液聚合法在修饰后的凹土表面原位接枝聚合MMA单体,将经上述处理的凹土与LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)复合制备LDPE/AT纳米复合材料。结果表明,通过超声波分散的方法可以得到凹凸棒土纳米棒晶,凹凸棒土对MMA无阻聚作用,表面包覆的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)能有效地解决复合材料的界面粘接,提高复合材料的性能。The attapulgite was dispersed in the toluene by stirring and ultrasonic vibration, and then was treated with a silane coupling agent KH570 and in situ graft polymerization of methyl methacrylate on the AT surface. The treated AT was subsequently used as filler in a LDPE matrix, and properties of the PMMA-coated-AT/LDPE were studied. It is found that the AT particles have no effect on the polymerization of PMMA, the PMMA coating on the AT enhances the interfacial adhesion, the tensile strength is found to be improved. The addition of attapulgite acts as a nucleating agent, acceleration the crystallization process of LDPE. As increasing the content of attapulgite,the processing property of the composite becomes badly.
