摘 要:以国产UHMWPE纤维为材料,采用八股编绞绳编绞工艺和复合技术,研制了适合大型抗风浪养殖网箱技术和使用要求的UHMWPE复合绳,并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明,绳索的平均断裂强度为PA绳的3.7倍、PP绳的4.0倍。绳索经氨酯基树脂复合后断裂强力平均提高8%,断裂强度达9.89~13.2cN/dtex,伸长率为5.5%~9.1%。绳索拉伸疲劳性能为加载循环2400次后的强力保持率仍达100%。高强度、低伸长、抗疲劳复合绳索的研究结果,可为养殖网箱等海洋工程配套设计、安全使用等提供技术依据。In this paper, the 8-strand rope braiding and the synthetic resin combination technologies were adopted in order to develep the technology suitable for large-scale anti-wind-wave net cage with home-made UHMWPE fiber as the material. The UHMWPE composite ropes were manufactured and tested. The results showed that the ropes met the requirements of the large scale anti-wind-wave net cage. The breaking strength of these ropes were 3.7 times of PA ropes, and 4.0 times of PP ropes in average. When the material and amino resin were compounded, the breaking load of ropes increased by 8%, the breaking strength was 9.89 to 13.2 cN/dtex and the elongation 5.5% to 9.1%. The preservation rate of strength could still reach 100% after the tension fatigue trials by the loading and unloading for 2400 cycles. The disquisitional results of the composite ropes which are in higher strength, lower extension, and fatigue-resistance, would give technical evidence for the design and safety use of ocean net cages and ocean engineering.
