摘　　要：阐述了铲齿成形铣刀端面容屑槽形参数与铲削运动的关系,提出正前角铲齿成形铣刀结构参数设计的新方法,并给出结构参数及齿根厚度计算的理论公式。The relationship between chip-hold groove parameter of shaping miller with shoveling gear and shoveling movement is expounded.The new method to design the construction parameter of shoveling gear shape miller with positive rake angle is brought up.And the theoretical formulae of construction parameter and gear-root thickness calculation are given.
