摘  要:将二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、苯基三氯硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷等有机硅单体在13~19℃下乳化、水解、缩聚,得到有机硅低聚物;然后,与丙烯酸、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、丙烯酸乙酯等丙烯酸酯单体共聚,制成乳胶膜的玻璃化温度为5~15℃的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液。将其涂覆在玻璃纤维套管上,套管的耐电压性、耐高低温性能与涂覆丙烯酸酯乳液的玻璃纤维套管相比均得到改善。The silicone oligomer was prepared by emulsifying,hydrolyzing and condensating of silicone monomer as dimethyldiethoxysilane,methyltriethoxysilane,phenyltrichlorosilane,diphenyldichlorosilane and vinyltriethoxy silane at 13~19 ℃.Then the silicone modified acrylate emulsion which the glass temperature of latex film was 5~15 ℃ was prepared by copolymerize with acrylate,as acrylic,acrylonitrile,methyl methacrylate,butyl methacrylate,lauryl methacrylate,ethyl acrylate.When the silicone modified acrylate emulsion coated on the glass fiber cannula,the ability of withstand voltage,high/low temperature change resistant of cannula was improved compared with those coated with polyacrylate emulsion.
