摘 要:以悬浮液技术处理样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法成功地测定了蝉蜕中的钙、锰、锌.实验表明,加入适量盐酸可显著提高被测元素的吸光度;共存元素对钙、锰有化学干扰,以La3+和磺基水杨酸分别作为钙、锰的释放剂.对样品悬浮液的稳定时间、试液与空白溶液粘度的一致性、背景吸收干扰及特征浓度进行了考察.样品测定的相对标准偏差小于0.9%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±1.5%.Treating the sample of periostracum cicada wit h suspension technique, calcium, manganese and zinc were successfully determined b y FAAS. The test indicated that absorption of determined element would markedly increase if adding suitable amount of hydrochloric acid into the test solution a nd the coexistence elements in sample had chemical interference on calcium and m anganese. La+{3+} and sulfosalicylic acid were used as releasing agents for c alcium and manganese respectively. The stabilization time of the suspension, ide ntity of viscosity for test solution and its blank solution, background absorpt ion interference and the characteristic concentration were studied. RSD′s were less than 0.9%. The determination results of this method were consistent with t hose obtained by ashing method. The relative errors between them were less than ±1.5%. This method was showed to be more convenient.
