摘　　要：目的:评价99m锝-二乙三胺五乙酸(99mTc-DTPA)测定肾小球滤过率(GFR)的临床价值。方法:将内科组不同肾功能分期患者的核素GFR值与其血尿素氮(BUN)及血清肌酐(SCr)进行比较;将外科组患者的健肾、患肾的核素GFR值与其在患肾切除术后的SCr值进行比较。结果:内科组患者核素GFR值均符合肾功能分期,且与SCr和BUN呈负相关。外科组中健肾的核素GFR值>分侧肾GFR标准的患者,术后SCr在正常范围;健肾的核素GFR值≤分侧肾GFR标准的患者,术后SCr升高。结论:99mTc-DTPA测定GFR是观察肾功能比较灵敏的指标,可评价患肾功能及预测术后残留的肾功能。Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of measuring the glomerular filtration rate with 99mTc-DTPA.Methods:The glomerular filtration rate(GFR) of patients,in medicine department,with different renal function stage were compared with the value of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(SCr).The GFR of normal kidney and ill kidney in urosurgery inpatients were compared with the SCr after ill kidney excision.Results:In medicine group,the value of GFR accorded with the renal function,and had negative correlation with BUN and SCr.In surgery group,the SCr kept normal after ill kidney excision when GFR of normal kidney was higher than the standard of single kidney,and the SCr raised when it is equal to or lower than the standard.Conclusion:GFR is sensitive on observing renal function.It can evaluate the function of ill kidney and estimate residual renal function after excision.
