川芎嗪注射液防治屈指肌腱粘连的实验研究及临床初步观察

摘　　要：以抗组织粘连剂二甲基硅油及生理盐水为对照，实验观察了川芎嗪注射液对鸡屈趾深肌腱粘连模型的影响。结果显示，川芎嗪组与硅油组的损伤肌腱粘连面积小，滑动功能好，腱组织中羟脯氨酸含量降低，与盐水组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）；在肌腱修复方面，川芎嗪组明显优于硅油组（Ｐ＜０．０５）．表明在损伤肌腱的鞘管局部运用川芎嗪注射液可减轻其腱周性粘连，而不影响肌腱内在性愈合。临床观察显示，在手术缝合断裂肌腱的基础上使用川芎嗪注射液，患指屈曲功能恢复明显优于对照组。The influence of ligustrazine injection (LJ)on the adhesion model of chick profound flexor digitorum tendon was experimented and observed with dimethicone(D)and normal saline(NS)as the control. The results showed smaller injured-tendon adhession areas. better sliding function and lower hydroxyproline contents in LJ and D groups than those in NS group with significant differences(P<0. 05 ;P<0. 01)and much better therapeutic effects of LJ group on tendon repair than those of D group(P<0. 05) ,indicating that the local application of LJ in tendon sheath could reduce the surrounding adhesion but not affect the intricic healing of the tendon. The clinical observation showed that in the patient given LJ after surgical suture of severed teodon,the recovery of flexion function of the affected digitorum was significantly better than that in the control group.
