驻岛人员心理健康水平、社会支持、应付方式的关系研究

摘　　要：目的研究西沙驻岛人员的心理应激状态、个性特征、心理应付方式特点和社会支持对健康的影响。方法以西沙岛屿209官兵作为调查组(以下称西沙组),同一部属的沿海地区人员223人为对照组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性测量问卷(EPQ)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、应付方式问卷和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对两组人员进行测评。结果西沙组SCL-90各因子、阳性项目数、总均分均不同程度高于对照组(P<0.001),神经质分(EPQ-N)明显高于对照组(P<0.001),而掩饰分(EPQ-L)低于对照组(P<0.05);西沙组36.36%存在睡眠质量问题。西沙组解决问题因子分显著低于对照组,自责、退避、幻想、合理化因子分显著高于对照组,客观支持分、支持利用度、支持总分均显著低于对照组。结论心理应激反应影响驻岛人员认知、情感、行为、适应等,对驻岛人员应进行心理干预,重新构造认知应对策略,营造良好的社会支持系统。Objective To study the influence of the island-reef defe nders' sychologicai stress, personality, psychologicae coping mode and society support on health. Methods The 209 Xisha island-reef defenders w ere classified as Xisha group and the 223 personnel in the same department were classified as comparison group, they were both determined by SCL-90,EPQ, PSQI, Coping Mode Questionnaire and SSRS.Results The Xisha group's every factor score, positive item and the whole average score were higher than the compariso n group various degrees(P<0.001 ), the neuroticism of EPQ(EPQ--N)of Xisha group was higher remarkablythan that of the comparison group (P<0.001) ,but the Xisha gr oup's conceal of EPQ (EPQ--L)was lower than the comparison group's;36.36 percent of the Xisha group had slee p quality problem.The Xisha group's factor score of resolving problem was lower remarkably than the comparison group's,but the self-accusation, evading, fantas y and rationalization factor score were higher remarkably than the comparison grou p 's and the impersonality support score, supportutilizing and whole support s core were lower remarkably than the comparison group's.Conclusion Psychological Stress can influence the island-reef defenders' cognizing,sensibility, behavior, adaptation and so on.The island-reef defenders shoud be s ubjected top sychological intervention and the cognition coping strategy should be newly constructed. Then we can build a good society support system.
