摘　　要：实时数据库平台是实现电厂管控一体化的桥梁.是厂级监控信息系统(SIS)的核心部分,它的建立是电力企业信息化建设的关键环节。本文在简要介绍实时数据库主要功能特征的基础上,以某电厂的实时数据库系统建设为例,对iH实时数据库平台和数据库系统结构进行了阐述,最后文章具体讨论了系统实施时的一些相关问题,包括数据接口技术,数据和网络安全性以及SIS高级应用等,为其他电厂选择和建立实时数据库系统提供了参考。Real-time database.the bridge of realizing power plant's integrated management and control,is the key of supervision information system(SIS),and its establishing is a pivotal part in the construction of power enterprise information technology.ln this paper, the main functions of real-time database are introduced briefly.and iHistorian real-time database as well as the structure of database system are presented based on the actual situation of some power plant.At last,some relevant issues during database system constructi on are discussed in detail such as interface technique.data and network security,specific functions in SIS,etc..which will be of good benefittootherpowerplantsduringdeveloping real-timedatabaseplatform.
