前体脂质体型猪肺表面活性物质的化学成分分析

摘　　要：目的分析和比较前体脂质体型猪肺表面活性物质(PS)和其他PS制剂的化学成分。方法用高效液相色谱等方法分析自制前体脂质体型猪PS的化学成分。结果所制备的前体脂质体型猪PS总磷脂含量高,且含有6种磷脂成分,具有较强的表面活性功能,已达到PS制剂的要求。结论制备的前体脂质体型猪PS,在化学成分方面已达到PS制剂的要求,有广泛的应用前景和实用价值。Objective To study and analyse the chemical composition of the proliposomes of pig pulmonary surfactant(PPPS).Methods The chemical composition of the PPPS was studied by high performance liquid chromatograph and it was compared with the pig pulmonary surfactant(PPS).Results It was found that the PPPS contain six kinds of phospholipids and phospholipids were found to be the main component.The concentration of glyceride,cholesterol and protein was lesser.Conclusion The PPPS are eligible for the medicament of PS in the chemical composition.
