摘　　要：结合国道310线改建工程的实践,从施工要求、材料规格和用量、施工工艺、质量评定方法等几个方面总结出了乳化沥青在下封层施工中的应用方法。Combined with the construction practice of national road 310,from the construction requirements,materials specification,construction technology and quality evaluation methods etc.,the paper discussed the applicated methods of subsurface construction.
