摘　　要：本文以秦艽为对象,观察(60)~Co-r射线照射对其抗炎、镇痛、降压等药理作用的影响。结果表明,10KGy辐照量对秦艽的镇痛、降压作用没有影响,但抗炎作用基本消失;当辐照量降低至5KGy时,则显示有明显的抗炎作用。提示钴照射不会使其药理作用改变,但与辐照剂量有关。Effects of 60Co-r ray on the pharmacological action of Gentiana straminea. were stu-ied. The results showed no effect of 10 KGy radiation dose on the analgesic and blood pressure decreasing action, but anti-inflammatory action vanish, with 5 KGy radiation dose, having significantly anti-inflammatory action. The results suggest that 60Co-r ray radiation not changes the pharmacological action, but pharmacological change is related to radiation dose.
