加味左金丸抑制大鼠基础及胃泌素诱导泌酸的作用

摘　　要：在大鼠活体胃灌流模型上观察加味左金九的制酸作用。结果表明，该方明显抑制基础泌酸，效价与剂量有关，４ｇ／ｋｇ剂量抑制率８３．６％，优于生理盐水空白组和阳性药雷尼替丁组（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。此外还抑制五肽胃泌素诱导泌酸，抑制率５３％。提示加味左金丸具有抑制基础和胃泌素诱导泌酸的作用。In gastric perfusion rats , modified zhuojin bolus could inhibit basal acid secre-tion by 83. 6%, indicating that modified zhuojin bolus was stronger than saline and ranitidinegroup (P<0. 05～0. 01 respectively). The inhibitory effects were related to the dosage. Further-more , it could also inhibit pentagastrin-induced acid secretion by 53%. It is indicated that modi-fied zhuojin bolus inhibits both basal and gastrin induced acid secetion.
