摘 要:针对预交联颗粒调剖应用中存在的投入费用高、效益效果不明显、颗粒易从油井产出、配制工艺较复杂等问题,研究应用了石灰泥交替充填、弱酸酸浸、高强度堵剂封堵、复合交联和简易配制等工艺以及射流搅拌装置。2 0 0 2年现场试用15井次,与原工艺相比,投入费用下降5 1 1% ,井次增油上升39 6 % ,吨油成本下降6 4 9% ,效果和效益明显,为预交联颗粒调剖的推广应用探索了一套成功经验。Aimed at the problems existed in application of pre-cross linked grain profile control,such as high investment cost, bad benefit and effect , easy flowing out from oil well easy , complicated make ?up craft and so on, the new tech mque were developed and applied , such as caustic lime alter nate packing weak acid broken down , high strength agent pre - close off , compounding cross link crafts and so on , and easy make- upping technique, jet stirrer. It has been tested on field application for fifteen wells in 2002 Compared with the original craft, the result and performance which were obvious in expenses has descended 51. 1 % , the well number has in creased 39.6% , the oil cost has descended 64.9% , it has ex plored a success experiences for pre - cross linked grain profile control' s deployment.
