摘　　要：清单报价是目前普遍采用的施工招投标方式。由于单价指标的多样性和综合性,如何量化单价指标体系的合理性,确保单价合理性评审的客观性和招投标的公正性是困扰工程造价专家的问题。模糊聚类中汉明距离的计算可以较好地量化清单报价单价体系的合理性。本文介绍了模糊聚类分析在清单报价单价合理性评审中应用,指出了其实际存在中应注意的问题。实例表明该评判具有较强的实用性和可操作性。List quotation is generally adopted in construction bid at present. But the unit price is diverse and synthesis. How to measure the rationality of the unit price system and guarantee the objectivity or fairness of evaluation bid is perplexing tasks to cost experts. The calculation of Hamming distance of Fuzzy clustering can measure rationality of the while unit price system well. The paper introduces the fuzzy clustering method which is applied to the rationality evaluation, and points out some things would be considered in practice. The example shows that the fuzzy evaluation is practicability and effectiveness.
