摘　　要：通过介绍传统的基于WBS的项目计划方法,论证了基于组织分解结构的项目计划整合的必要性,在OBS/WBS整合的基础上提出了基于OBS的项目计划整合模型,并对其层次结构和循环机理进行了进一步延伸分析。由于项目计划整合模型充分吸收传统单一维度计划的精华,体现了人本管理思想,是项目计划技术和方法的创新和扩展,具有广泛的应用范围。By introducing traditional plan method based on WBS,and demonstrating the necessity of integration of project plan based on OBS,the paper puts forward the integrated model of project based on the integration of OBS and WBS,also analyses the hiberarchy and circulation further.The integrated model of project plan based on OBS absorbs the prime of traditional single dimension plan sufficiently and embodies the idea of human management,what's more it innovates and extends the technique of planning,so its favorable application is indicated.
