摘　　要：旅游业对于开发区域丰富的资源及提高区域经济竞争力有着不可忽视的作用。积极开发宁夏沙漠旅游资源,既利于区域人地关系的和谐演进,又利于全面推进区域的可持续发展。文章就目前宁夏开发沙漠旅游资源的优势和存在问题进行系统分析,并且结合区情,提出了开发的具体措施,目的在于全面推进宁夏特色旅游业的发展。Tourism plays an important role in developing a various of regional resources and enhancing regional economy competition. With developing efficiently desert tourism in Ningxia, it is useful not only for harmony development of relationship between human and nature, but for advancing completely regional sustainable development. The paper makes a system analysis about advantages and disadvantages in desert tourism in Ningxia. Combining regional characteristics, the paper puts forward some valuable methods for desert tourism in Ningxia, which aims advancing completely characteristic tourism development in Ningxia.
