摘　　要：苦丁茶的水提液能显著增加离体豚鼠心脏冠脉流量,提高小鼠耐缺氧能力,对垂体后叶素所致大鼠急性心肌缺血有明显保护作用,并能增加麻醉兔的脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力和血压。The water extract of the leaves of Ilex kudingcha could increase obviously coronary blood flow in isolated gaina-pig heart and cerebral blood flow of the anesthetized rabbit, prolong the survival time of the mice under hypoxia, protect the myocardial ischemia of rats induced by pituitrin, as we-ll as decrease significantly the resistance of the cerebral vascular of rabbit when it was given in lg/ kg of the drug and showed hypotensive effect.
