健肝宁的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:研究健肝宁的的最优醇提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以丹参酮ⅡA的含量为指标,正交优选健肝宁醇提取部分的最优工艺。结果:以80%乙醇,加五倍量,回流提取3次,每次2h为最优醇提取工艺。结论:该工艺操作简便,结果准确、可靠,能有效提取健肝宁中的成分,并且能最大限度减少乙醇的用量。Objective: To study on the best extvaction process of Jiangnaling. Method: To adopt orthogonal design, Using the content of TanshinoneⅡA as the targets, selecting the optimization craftwork of ethanol extract part of Jianganling. Result: Using 80% ethanol and adding 5 times quantity, refluxing extract 3 times, it was optimization ethanol extvaction process every two hours. Conclusion: the process is simple and accurate , reliable, can extract the elements of Jianganling effectively and reduce dosage of ethanol farthest.
