摘  要:目的观察他汀类调脂药物对变异性心绞痛(VA)患者血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。并探讨其临床意义。方法33例VA患者随机分为氟伐他汀治疗组和对照组,分别于治疗前和治疗8周后抽血检测血浆ET-1和NO浓度的变化。ET-1的检测用放射免疫法,NO的测定用硝酸还原酶法。结果氟伐他汀治疗组血浆ET-1水平与治疗前相比显著降低(P<0.01),且与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01);氟伐他汀治疗组NO水平较治疗前和对照组有明显上升(P<0.01)。结论氟伐他汀能够降低ET-1水平,升高NO水平,改善VA患者内皮依赖性舒张功能,从而缓解临床症状,改善预后。Objective To observe the effect of fluvastatins on plasma endothelin-1(ET-1) and nitrous oxide (NO) levels in patients with variant agngina(VA) and explore its clinical significance.Methods Thirty-three VA patients were randomly divided into fluvastain group(n=19) and control group(n=14).Before and after the therapy,the plasma ET-1 and NO levels were examined. The ET-1 measurement was radioimmunoassay and the NO was nitrite reduction test.Results The level of plasma ET-1 reduced and NO level increased in fluvastatin group.But the level of plasma ET-1 in fluvatatin group was lower(P<0.01) and NO level was higher than control-group at 8 weeks after treatment.Conclusion Fluvastatine may reduce plasma ET-1 level,raise plasma NO level,so it may improve endothelium-dependent dilative function.
