急性百草枯中毒102例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨百草枯急性中毒的发病机理、临床表现及各器官功能衰竭的的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析102例百草枯中毒患者的临床资料。结果102例中死亡45例,死亡率44.12%。结论百草枯急性中毒可引起肺、肾、肝、心等多脏器功能损害,目前尚无特效解毒药物。及早洗胃,导泻,及时血液灌流能提高治疗成功率。Objective To study the pathogenesis, clinic features and treatment of multiple organic failure in acute paraquat poisoning.Methods According to the clinical manifest and curative effect,the clinical information was analyzed retrospectively in 102 cases of acute paraquat poisoning.Results Among of 102 cases,46 patients died, mortality rate was 44.1%.Conclusion With gastric lavage, catharsis and hemoperfusion as soon as possible can improve the success rate of treatment.
