摘　　要：腰椎间盘术后瘢痕形成粘连影响手术效果已广泛得到认可,但预防瘢痕的形成与粘连临床还没有很确切的方法,现将近年来在瘢痕的形成与粘连的预防研究中取得的一些进展论述如下。The scar forming and adherence after the operation of lumbar intervertebral disc may affect the results of operation.It has been recognized widely among the medical workers.However,there is no precise method to prevent the scar forming and adherence in clinical practice at present.This article reviews the progress on the prevention of scar forming and adherence in recent years.
