摘  要:目的探讨乳化溶剂挥发法制备荆芥内酯聚乳酸纳米球的最佳工艺。方法在单因素考察的基础上,以纳米球的粒径、分散度和药物包封率为指标,选定3个因素进行正交设计,优选制备工艺。结果方差分析结果表明,聚乳酸和荆芥内酯的投料比、水油体积比是影响制备工艺的主要因素。结论荆芥内酯聚乳酸纳米球的最佳制备工艺是:聚乳酸用量为50mg,荆芥内酯药物用量为5mg,聚乙烯醇浓度为0.3%,水相体积为20mL,油相二氯甲烷为2mL。Objective To study the best preparation of ST polylactide nanospheres containing ST by emulsifying solvent-evaporation process. Methods Based on the result of single-factor experiment, 3 factors were selected to search the preparation with orthogonal experiment. The best preparation was judged by diameter, polydispersity and entrapping efficiencies. Results According to the analysis of variance, it showed that the weight ratio of the polylactide to ST and the volume ratio of the H2O to dichloromethane were the main factors. Conclusion The optimum factors of preparation are 50 mg polylactide, 5 mg ST, 0.3% PVA, 20 mL H2O, 2 mL dichloromethane.
