凝血酶氧气射流雾化吸入治疗肺结核咯血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察凝血酶高流量氧气射流雾化吸入对肺结核大咯血的作用效果。对象为住院的15 5例肺结核咯血病人。方法:随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组采用10 %的葡萄糖注射液5 0 0ml加入脑垂体后叶素12U或10%葡萄糖注射液5 0 0ml加入普鲁卡因注射粉剂0 .3g静脉点滴,加抗结核治疗。观察组在上述治疗的基础上,采用5 0 0U10 0 0U的凝血酶射流雾化吸入。结果:采用射流雾化凝血酶的观察组,止血效果快速。平均在15min2d内显效,临床有效率95 % ,对照组在1d5d内显效,有效率78.6 % ,P <0 .0 1。差异有显著性。结论:凝血酶高氧射流雾化吸入治疗肺结核咯血效果确切。Objective To observe the relult of th e treatment on the spitting blood by fibrin ferment high flow oxy-gen at omization suck in the patients with pulmonary tu berculosis. Methods 155 patients with spitting blood of pulmona-ry tuberclosis in hospital were divided into a contrast grout and a observation group at random In contrast group pitui-trins 12 unit s or procaine 0.3 gram put into 10 % glucose 500 ml was droped into the veins,and add the treat ment of anti-tuberculosis.In observation group efflux atomized fibrin ferment was ado pt at the basement of the above treatment.Results In contrast group,from 1~5 days the effect were showed,the rates of clinical efficiently were 78.6 %,In ob-servation group the styptic ef fection was more fas From15minutes to 2 says the effect were showed,the rates ofclinical ef ficiently were 95 %(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of the treat ment on the spits blood by effiux atomized fibrin ferment in the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is reliable.
