摘　　要：目的:探讨上消化道出血的急救与护理。方法:上消化道出血患者80例,入院后积极急救及加强护理,观察病情愈合情况。结果:经过积极急救,加强系统护理后全部病例痊愈出院。随访1a ,无复发。结论:上消化道出血后采取积极急救及加强护理,提高治愈率,减少并发症。Objective To study the emergency treat me nt and nursing of massive bleeding from the upptr alimentary.Methods The massive bleeding from the upper alimentary patient 80 cases hospitalced p atient were admitted with emergency treating、nursing and the patients rehabilit ation was observed.Results After emergency treating and enhance nu rsing, the all patients were cured and no emergency treatment; nursingcomplicati on. Conclusion Emergency treating and enhance nursing can be cure of mas sive bleeding from the upper alimentary patients and reduced the complication.
