雷公藤化学成分研究及雷藤氯内酯醇生源讨探

摘　　要：通过GC-MS联用技术对雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f.)的脂肪油进行了分析,鉴定出邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、十一烷酸、鲸蜡酸等12个化合物,以及残留农药P,P′-DDT及其降解产物P,P′-DDD和氯二苯基甲烷,并通过归一化法获得了各成分在脂肪油中的相对百分含量。同时直接从提取物中分离和鉴定出了P,P′-DDT,进而讨论了雷公藤中抗炎免疫和雄性抗生育成分——雷藤氯内酯醇的生物来源。The residual pesticide, pp'-DDT, was isolated from the root of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f. The constituents of essential oil obtained from the root of T. wilfordii were analysed by CC MS. 15 compounds including 1,2-benzene-dicarboxylic acid bis ( 2-ethyhexyl ) ester, undecanoic acid, hexadecanoic acid and residual pesticide ( pp'-DDT and pp'-DDD ) , etc. were identified. In plants, pp'-DDT is degraded to yield HCl. It was infered that triptolide reacts with HCl in T. wilfordii to yield tripchlorolide which showed strong antiinflammatory, immunosupressive and antifertility actions.
