紫癜灵治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜33例的临床观察

摘　　要：根据气阴亏虚、瘀阻血热是慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜（ＩＴＰ）的主要病机，研制了具有健脾益气、滋补肾阴、活血凉血作用的紫癜灵，用于３３例ＩＴＰ的临床治疗观察。结果显示，其总有效率为９０．９％，显效率为１２．１％，对Ⅰ、Ⅱ级出血的止血效果较好。紫癜灵不但能提升血小板数目，而且能改善血小板的聚集及粘附功能，并具有调节免疫功能的作用，可使升高的ＩｇＧ降至正常。Based on the fact that the pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP)is chiefly the deficiency of both qi and yin. blood heat and blood stagnation, Zi DianLing, a remedy with effects of invigo-ating the spleen, benefiting qi, nourishing kidney-yin, promoting blood circulation and cooling blood, was prepared and applied for thetreatment of 33 cases with ITP. The results showed that the total effective rate was90.90%, in which the markedly effective rate was 12.10%. It showed a better hemostaticeffect for those with bleeding of grade I and II. It was shown that Zi Dian Ling cannot only increase the number of blood platelets and improve their aggregation andadhesive function, but also regulate the immune function and normalize the abnormallyhigh IgG level.
