神经妥乐平治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究神经妥乐平治疗带状疱疹后遗神经疼痛的疗效、方法和安全性。方法将患者随机分为对照组和神经妥乐平不同剂量组(3.8u/日,10.8u/日),疗程14天。结果神经妥乐平使带状疱疹后遗神经痛明显改善,并具有快速起效、长时间止痛作用。尤其神经妥乐平10.8u/日组,疗效显著。结论神经妥乐平是治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有效和安全药物。Objective: This study was designed to assess the efficacy and safety of neurotropin on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in patients with herpes zoster. Methods: 78 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into three groups: the control group A, the trial group B and C receiving neurotropin by intravenous infusion at dosage of 3.6 or 10.8 u once daily respectively. Results: During the treatment, the degree of pain relieved in the trial groups was more markedly than that in the controls. Conclusion: The results suggest that neurotropin is an effective and safe agent for treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
