摘　　要：“三农”问题是我国目前经济与社会发展中要解决的首要问题之一。解决“三农”问题的关键是尽快转移农村和农业中大量剩余劳动力,提高农业劳动力生产率,增加农民收入,提高农民地位。农业产业化与农村城镇化是解决“三农”问题必不可缺的两条方略,我们必须正确认识和处理好二者之间相互影响、相互促进的互动关系。At present in our country, the problem concerning 'Rural area, Agriculture and Peasants' has become the main subject discussed. The key to solve the problem is to transfer the redundant labor forces in the countryside and agriculture, to improve the productivity of the agricultural labor force. Agricultural industrialization and rural urbanization are the two indispensable strategies in solving this problem. In this case, we must realize the influence and stimulation they reflect on each other.
