摘 要:介绍了ZMC-1.5Q纸浆模塑包装容器生产线的结构、工作原理。采用极大—极小值法对生产线的关键部件承载梁进行了优化设计,确定了合理的承载梁的支点位置、截面形状及尺寸,使承载梁工作时变形量严格控制在允许范围内,产品湿坯成型时厚度均匀,提高了热压上下模具的对位精度及物料转移的效率与成品率。The mechanical system of ZMC-1.5Q product line of packaging container of pulp mo lding was analyzed, and the optimum design of loaded beam, one of the key device s of the product line, was carried out by the principle of Max-Min methods. Comp ared with the original design, the optimum design could make the weight of beam lower, the collocation of supporting fulcra more reasonable and the system more stable. Therefore, the distortion of load beam was within the allowable range an d the molding uniformity level and contraposition accuracy of heating mould were improved as well, which improved the efficiency of material transfer and the ra tio of finished product.
