摘　　要：静止气象卫星地面应用系统是一个具有高速通信、大规模数据处理、高时效产品服务、海量数据存储功能的大型业务应用系统。该文试通过概念设计的方法,说明在静止气象卫星业务系统注建设过程中如何获得并维持其概念的完整性。The geostationary meteorological satellite ground application system is a main system with high speed communication,large-scale data processing,product service giving,and mass data storage.The paper tries to clarify a point of view by conceptual design that how to get and maintain the conception completely in the construction of the geostationary meteorological satellite ground application system.
