摘　　要：本文对目前处理项目中的风险间关系的方法的优缺点进行了分析,提出利用Leontief的投入-产出模型,并从损失的角度来研究项目风险间的相互关系以及风险的评价问题,将风险之间的相互影响作为投入,风险造成的直接影响和由于风险间相互关系而产生的间接影响作为输出。用这一方法不但能够量化风险间的关系强度,而且还考虑了风险相关性导致的传递效应。After a general analysis of the tools and methods currently used in studying risk relationships, this paper presents an improved method, the Leontief based model, to study it from the angle of losses. Specifically, the inputs to the system are mutual effects among risks; the outputs are direct influence caused by the risks and indirect influence caused by their relationships. In this model, risk relationships can be measured and the domino effect of risks is taken into account as well. In the end, the described model is demonstrated via an example.
