摘　　要：监督行政机制作为依法治国的重要组成部分,对于防治行政专横和腐败具有重要的制约作用。行政生态理论视角下的我国监督行政机制具有过渡社会异质性、重叠性和形式主义等典型特征。借鉴行政生态理论分析我国监督行政机制的现状与面临的挑战,从经济、社会、沟通网络、符号系统和政治结构这五个生态要素来思考我国监督行政机制的构建与完善。As the key component of ruling by law, administration supervisory mechanism is playing the important role in preventing tyrannical administration and corruption. The administration supervisory mechanism in China bears typical characteristics of transitional society, such as heterogeneity, over tapping, formalism. To explore the way of reforming administration supervisory mechanism in our country by using the theory of Administration Ecology for reference must be from the five administrative ecological elements: economy, society, communication network, symbol system and political framework.
