摘　　要：介绍了在PVC生产中ZFL型蒸发式冷凝器替代管壳式立式冷凝器的运行情况、存在的问题及改进的措施。结果为1tPVC树脂降低耗水费用3.286元,耗电费用4.731元,人工费用、维修费用6.08元,以唐山市氯碱有限公司月产3000tPVC树脂计,年运行费用可降低50万元。In the production of PVC,ZFL type of evaporative condenser was adopted to replace the shell and tube type of vertical condenser.The running situation,existing problems and improvement measures of ZFL type of evaporative condenser were introduced.The results showed that for the production of 1 ton PVC,the cost for water and electric power could be decreased by 3.286 and 4.731 RMB$,respectively,and the payments for workers and maintenance could be decreased by 6.08 RMB$.If the output of PVC resin was 3 000 tons per month,then 500 000 RMB$ could be saved in running cost per year.
