摘  要:采用低毒的N 羟甲基丙烯酰胺体系凝胶注模成型氧化铝陶瓷,研究了该体系下浓悬浮体的制备及固化过程。凝胶注模成型要求为:pH≈9,分散剂加入量为占浆料质量分数的0.5%、球磨时间为2h。得到氧化铝固相体积分数为56%,粘度为345.3mPa·s的浆料,单体溶液质量浓度为0.1~0.14g/mL、引发剂加入量占单体质量的2%~3%较适合,既保证成型后的素坯具有一定的强度,又不至于在注模前凝固。成型的坯体强度达到32MPa,可以进行机加工。SEM分析表明所获得的坯体结构均匀,依靠聚合物相互连接使强度较高。The alumina ceramics is gel-mould cast with low toxic N methylolacrylamide system. This paper reports the investigation on the preparation of alumina suspension and its solidification process. It is concluded that the forming condition is follows: pH,9; dispersant fraction in the slurry, 0.5% in mass; ball milling, two hours。The slurry with 56% of solid contents and 345.3?mPa·s in viscosity is obtained. To keep the slurry free from solidifying before casting and to provide machineable strength of 32?MPa after forming, suitable condition for the monomer solution is 0.1-0.14?g/mL and the initiator added is 2%-3% in mass of the monomer solution. SEM analysis indicates that the base material yielded is homogeneous in microscopic structure, with sufficient strength by polymor's joint.
