摘  要:通过合成含铁的缺位磷钨杂多酸化合物与四丁基溴化铵为相转移试剂制备相转移催化剂,应用X 荧光吸收、IR、UV、X 衍射等方法分析研究其在苯氧化合成苯酚中的催化作用。硝酸铁系列的催化剂的催化活性要比硫酸铁系列的好,pH值为3~5的条件下制备的催化剂的催化活性要比pH值为2~3的好。在优化反应条件下,苯与H2O2(30%)的摩尔比为1∶1、溶剂用量为15mL、反应温度60℃、反应时间4h,苯的转化率达2.01%,苯酚的选择性达92.4%。实验结果表明该相转移催化剂具有良好的工业应用前景。The phase transfer catalyst agent is prepared by synthesizing vacant tungstophosphate of Fe^(3+)-containing, using tetrabutylammonium bromide as phase transfer agent. Its oxidation catalyst activity in benzene oxidation to phenol is investigated via the methods of X-fluorescence absorbing, IR, UV, and X-diffraction. It reveals that the activity of the catalyst with heteropoly compound containing SO^(2-)_2 ions is much lower than that containing NO^-_3 . And the activity under the condition of pH 3-5 is higher than that under pH 2-3. The optimum reaction condition is as follows: conversion of benzene, over 2%; molar ratio of benzene over H_2O_2, 1; solvent used, 15?mL; reaction temperature, 60?℃; reaction time, 4?h. The benzene transfer ratio achieves 2.01% and the phenol selectivity approaches 92.4%. It shows that this Phase Transition Oxidation Catalysis is prospective for engineering applications.
