摘 要:以氢氧化钙和磷酸为原料,通过酸碱中和法制备羟基磷灰石粉体。考察了粉体的烧结性能,并用XRD、FTIR、TEM和SEM等手段对粉体及烧结体进行了表征。结果表明:制得结晶态的羟基磷灰石,颗粒呈片状,颗粒的尺寸为50-80nm;制得的羟基磷灰石粉体于600预煅烧,180MPa压力等静压成型,于1150℃下烧结2h,烧结体的相对密度可以达到98.6%,羟基磷灰石烧结体中颗粒为片状颗粒,颗粒尺寸为150-200nm。Hydroxyapatite(HAP) powder was prepared by neutralization method using calcium hydroxide and phosphoric acid and the sinterability of the hydroxyapatite was studied. XRD、FTIR、TEM and SEM were employed to characterize hydroxyapatite powder and its sintered body. The results show that hydroxyapatite powders prepared by neutralization method are in the shape of sheet with the size of 50-80nm. Samples for sintering were precalcined at 600℃ and isostatically compacted at a pressure of 180MPa. The sintered body has a dense microstructure with a relative density of 98.6%. The grain size of the sintered body is in the shape of sheet with the size of 150-200nm.
