石河子市娱乐场所服务小姐性病艾滋病检测与KABP调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解娱乐场所服务小姐性病艾滋病感染患病与KABP情况。方法随机抽取娱乐场所服务小姐459名进行性病艾滋病检测,并进行知识、态度、信念及行为问卷调查。结果性病检出率为49.02%;相关知识正确率为11.55%～94.77%,其中2项知识题无性病患者35.04%和73.5%高于性病患者25.46%和64.44%;避孕套使用率为44.66%,避孕套滑脱或破裂1次和2次的性病患者显著高于无性病患者(P<0.01或P<0.05);到不正规医院检查的为46.41%,其中性病患者为51.10%高于无性病者41.88%,到正规医院检查的无性病者54.27%高于性病患者43.56%(P<0.05)。结论娱乐场所服务小姐性病感染状况比较严重、避孕套使用率低、到正规医院检查率低,应引起高度重视。除对她们做好各项有效防治措施外,还应唤起全民的警醒意识。Objective To understand the infection of STD/AIDS and the KABP among female service workers in the entertainment places. Method A total of 459 female service workers were selected randomly in the entertainment places to detect STD and AIDS and questionnaires of their related knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors were conducted. Results STD detection rate was 49.02%; the correct rate of related knowledge ranged from 11.55% to 94.77%; the correct rates of two items were 35.04% and 73.5% respectively for those STD-free subjects, which were higher than those of STD subjects; the rate of condom use was 44.66%, and the STD incidence for those subjects whose condoms ever slipped or broke once or twice was higher than that of STD-free subjects (P<0.01); the proportion of the subjects receiving examination in private hospitals was 46.61%, of which 51.10% in STD subjects higher that 41.88% in STD-free subjects, while 54.27% of STD-free subjects receiving examination in public hospitals was higher them 43.56% of STD subjects(P<0.05). Conclusions STD infection female service workers in the entertainment places was serious, the use of condoms was low, and so were the visits to public hospitals. In additions to effective countermeasures, it is commanded that the public alertness to STD should be aroused.
