森林生态系统服务功能价值评估问题

摘　　要：随着人类对生态系统功能不可替代性的认识愈来愈深刻,生态系统服务功能研究愈来愈受到人们的重视。近年来,这一领域的研究已经取得了令人瞩目的进展。森林作为陆地生态系统的主体,在全球生态系统中发挥举足轻重的作用,其服务功能价值的评估是研究的一个热点。该文就生态系统服务功能评价的进展、意义、评价方法做扼要论述,并对生态功能评价存在的问题提出几点看法,以期为森林资源资产核算提供科学依据,最终为自然资源和环境因素纳入国民经济核算体系而最终为实现绿色GDP提供基础,为我国可持续发展的政策与生态环境保护提供科学依据。With deep understanding of irreplaceability of ecosystem funition, the service function has attracted more attention of human beings. In recent years, obvious progress has been made in this field. As a main body of terristrial ecosystem, forests playsan important role in globle ecosystem. Assessment of the value of service function is a key issue. Progress, significance and assessment method are briefly described and relerant problems are analyzed to provide scientific base for forest resources assessment, for green GDP calcnlation and for the development and ecological protection in China.
