脂肪酸在植物界中分布的研究

摘　　要：对37种脂肪酸在植物界中的分布进行了初步研究。研究结果显示,油酸、亚油酸在植物界中分布最广泛,且富含于许多植物中;十碳烯酸、γ-亚麻酸、山梅炔酸、蓖麻酸、马桑酸、粗糠柴酸等在植物界中少有分布;5,8-十四碳二烯酸、5c,9c-十八碳二烯酸、5,9,12-十八碳三烯酸、5c,11c,14c-二十碳三烯酸在植物界中富含于松科植物中,付大风子酸、晁模酸、告尔酸富含于大风子科植物中,栝楼酸富含于葫芦科植物中,从而分别成为松科、大风子科、葫芦科的特征酸;蓖麻酸富含于大戟科的蓖麻植物中,马桑酸富含于马桑科的马桑植物中,粗糠柴酸富含于大戟科的白背叶植物中,山梅炔酸富含于檀香科的檀香植物中,从而分别成为这些植物种的特征酸。The distribution of thirty seven fatty acids in plants was studied. The result show that oleic acid and linoleic acid were widely distributed and highly contained in plants while decenoic acid, γ-linolenic acid, ximenynic acid, xicinoleic acid, coriolic acid, α-kamlolenic acid little distributed; soshuyic acid, 5c, 9c-octadeca dienoic acid, 5, 9, 12-octadeca trienoc acid, 5c, 11c, 14c-eicosa trienoic acid were highly contained in Pinaceae plants, hydnocarpic acid, chaulmoogric aide, gorlic acid in the Flacouytiaceae plants, trichosanic acid in Cucurbitaceae plants and these were the characteristic acids of these plants; xicinoleic acid, coriolic acid, α-kamlolenic acid,ximenynic acid are in Ricinus communis of Euphorbiaceae, Coriaria nepalensis of Coriariaceae, Mallotus apelta of Euphorbiaceae,Santalum album of Santalaceae respectively. These were the characteristic acids of these plants.
