摘 要:目的 观察维生素C对肺炎支原体膜脂蛋白(Mp- L AMP)诱导A5 4 9细胞、ECV30 4细胞表达m l CAM- 1的影响;探讨维生素C对肺炎支原体膜脂蛋白诱导的炎症反应的抑制作用。方法 用流式细胞术检测不同浓度维生素C作用于2 5 ug/ m1膜脂蛋白刺激的A5 4 9细胞、ECV30 4细胞后ml CAM- 1的表达水平。结果 与对照组相比,不同刺激浓度的维生素C对膜脂蛋白刺激的A5 4 9细胞ml CAM- 1的表达水平无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 ) ,但对膜脂蛋白刺激ECV30 4细胞的ml CAM- 1的表达具有抑制作用(P<0 .0 5 ) ,维生素浓度越高,抑制作用越明显。结论 维生素C能抑制肺炎支原体膜脂蛋白诱导的ECV30 4细胞m l CAM- 1表达的上调,对A5 4 9细胞m ICAM- 1的表达水平无影响。维生素C抑制血管内皮细胞m l CAM- 1的表达。Objective To observe effect of vitamin C on the levels of mICAM-1 on A549, ECV304cells induced by the lipid associated membrane protein of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(Mp-LAMP). Methods The flow cytometer assay was adopted to analyze the expression of mICAM-1 of cells which were treated with different concentration of vitamin C to the groups after stimulated by 25 ug/ml Mp-LAMP. Results Vitamin C had a significant effect of inhibiting the upregulation of expression of mICAM-1 of ECV304 cell stimulated by Mp-LAMP(P<0.05),but had no such effect of A549 cell,the downregulation of their expression levels was dependent on the concentration of Vitamin C.Conclusion Vitmain C can down regulate the expression of mICAM-1 on the ECV cells stimulated by Mp-LAMP,but no such effect on A549 cell.To a certain extent,it has an effect on the intensity of inflammation triggered by Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
