摘　　要：目的　研究脂溢性角化病皮损组织中P2 1WAF I和PCNA蛋白表达的意义。方法　应用免疫组化SP法对4 5例脂溢性角化病皮损组织及2 0例正常皮肤组织中P2 1WAFI和PCNA蛋白进行检则。结果　4 5例脂溢性角化病皮损织中P2 1WAF I阳性表达率为6 6 .7% (30 / 4 5 ) ,而正常皮肤组织中P2 1WAFI蛋白的表达率为2 0 .0 % (4/ 2 0 ) ,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0 .0 5 ) ;PCNA蛋白在脂溢性角化病皮损组织中的阳性表达率为6 8.9% (31/ 4 5 ) ,而正常组织中PCNA蛋白阳性表达率为6 0 .0 % (12 / 2 0 ) ,两者比较差异无显著性(<0 .0 5 ) ;P2 1W AF I蛋白和PCNA表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤组织学类型的相关性均不明显(P>0 .0 5 )。结论　P2Objective To investigate the expression of P21 WAFI and PCNA in seborrheic keratosis and their significance.Methods Immunohistochemical methods were adopted to examine the expression of P21 WAFI and PCNA in 45 cases of seborrheac keratosis and 20 cases of normal control tissues.Results The positive rate of P21 WAFI expression was 66.7% in seborrheic keratosis and was significantly higher than that of normal control tissues(20.0%)(P<0.05).The positive rate of PCNA was 68.9%(31/45)in seborrheic keratosis tissues.The result showed that as compared with normal skin,in seborrheic keratosis,PCNA expression was higher,but had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).It was found that the P21 WAFI and PCNA expression in seborrheic keratosis tissues had no relation to the patients'age,gender,tumor pathological type(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of P21 WAFI and PCNA protein is closely related to the pathogenesis of seborrheic keratosis.
